Knowledge Core answers questions against primary legal sources and returns passages with their citation, the date of the wording it holds, and whether that wording is in force. It is built for programs rather than people: there is no web application to log into, and every answer is meant to be checked against the source it names.
Access is by bearer token, issued per client and scoped to specific collections. There is no self-service signup. To request one, write to the address in security.txt and say which collections you need and what you intend to build.
Interface documentation is not published; it is provided with the token, because the available operations depend on the scope granted.
